Shipping fees

We offer individuals the possibility of benefiting from a single rate on shipping costs, within the limit of 30Kg and we reserve the choice of carrier in this case. This offer is only valid for shipments to mainland France excluding Corsica. The choice of a specific carrier will result in the invoicing of the shipping costs according to the weight of the package.


delivery time

Our goal is to process orders within 24 working hours from receipt of payment for products in stock. For products not in stock, allow an average of 10 days. Customers will be notified by email or telephone if delivery times are greater than these current times. These delivery times are only given as an indication. The standard shipping method is sending by carrier (DPD) or sending by Colissimo with tracking, delivered against signature. Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.


Packaging

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They are automatically calculated based on the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with packages containing fragile products. The packages are generously sized and protected.

Responsibility for transport times


The company NEO3PLUS can in no way be held responsible for exceeding the transport times of the Post Office or any other carrier. If these deadlines are exceeded, you must notify and complain to the Post Office or the carrier and send them a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt (address on the delivery note).


Insurance

All shipments of goods, carried out by our transport, are covered by their insurers, this implies in the event of complaints specific and characterized reservations. To this end, so that the insurance files are in perfect conformity with article 105 of the civil code, it is strongly advised to unpack the parcels in the presence of the carrier or the postal agent in order to be able to verify with him possible deterioration and, if necessary, note these specific reservations on the delivery receipt and confirm to the carrier, by registered letter with A/R, any reservations within 24 hours of delivery. A simple copy of this letter will be sent to NEO3PLUS. Complaints that have not been the subject of prior reservations on the delivery receipt cannot be taken into account. Fragile shipments will automatically be sent with the most reliable transport service in the face of the risk of breakage and will benefit from additional insurance if necessary.
